Reach Privacy Policy

Reach is designed to keep your saved places private. Destinations, addresses, coordinates, and travel history stay on your device and are never sent to Riddim Software.
Anonymous product analytics
Reach sends anonymous feature-use counts so we can understand whether people save a first or second destination, encounter the Reach Unlimited screen, start or complete a purchase, or restore a purchase. Each event contains only the event name and app version.
These counts contain no name, email address, destination, location, user or device identifier, advertising identifier, or purchase transaction identifier. They are not linked to you and are not used to track you across apps or websites.
Processing and retention
Cloudflare processes the event request on our behalf. Riddim Software stores only the event name, app version, and time received. Event records are deleted after 180 days.
Purchases
Apple processes Reach Unlimited purchases. Reach receives only StoreKit entitlement information needed to unlock the feature; Riddim Software does not receive your payment details.
